2. Procedures for importing fresh fruit into Vietnam are as follows:

2.1 Procedures for granting plant quarantine permits for import of fresh fruits

The procedures for granting import plant quarantine permits are stipulated in Circular No. 04/2015 / TT-BNNPTNT of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development.

The dossiers of application for plant quarantine permits shall include:

1. An application for an import permit for plant quarantine

2. Document providing information to perform pest risk analysis (PRA)

2.2 Import plant quarantine

Place at least 24 hours at the regional quarantine sub-department, plant quarantine station under the Plant Protection Department or the Provincial Plant Protection Department authorized by the Plant Protection Department before importing. fruits.

Application for quarantine certificate:

Current records have been made on the national gateway to the portal, but you need to attach the following documents to the portal:

1. Invoice, Packing list copy
2. Permit for import of copies and submit the original for comparison
3. The certificate of phytosanitary water (color copies) (then returned to the original at the port when quarantine officials take samples).
4. Bill of lading copies
5. Letter of introduction, power of attorney (if any)
6. Other relevant documents

Processing time: Within 24 hours after examination of the object. In cases where it must be longer than 24 hours, the plant quarantine body must notify you.
