ASC Logistics sends to you the Regulations on export customs dossiers

 
The current regulations on export customs dossiers are prescribed in Clause 5, Article 1 of Circular No. 39/2018 / TT-BTC of April 20, 2018, amending and supplementing Article 16 of Circular No. 38 / 2015 / TT-BTC dated 25 March 2015, accordingly:

a / The customs declaration according to the information norms prescribed in Form No. 02, Appendix II to this Circular.

In the case of paper customs declaration under Clause 2, Article 25 of Decree No. 08/2015 / ND-CP, which is amended and supplemented under Clause 12, Article 1 of Decree No. 59/2018 / ND-CP dated On April 20, 2018 of the Government amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 08/2015 / ND-CP, customs declarants shall declare and submit two original customs declarations, made according to form HQ / 2015 / Appendix IV issued together with this Circular;
 

b / Commercial invoices or vouchers of equivalent value in cases where the purchasers must pay the seller: 01 copy;

c) List of forest products for export of raw material timber according to regulations of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development: 01 original;

 

d / Export permits or export permits issued by competent agencies under the legislation on foreign trade management, for export goods subject to management according to permits:

d.1. If it is exported once: 01 original;
 
d.2) If the export is repeated: one original for the first export.
 

đ) The inspection exemption notice or the notice on results of specialized inspection or other vouchers according to the provisions of legislation on specialized management and inspection (hereinafter referred to as specialized inspection certificates) : 01 original.

 
Where the specialized law stipulates the filing of a photocopy or does not specify the original or the photocopy, the customs declarer may file a photocopy.
 
Where a specialized inspection certificate is used repeatedly within the valid duration of a specialized inspection certificate, the customs declarer shall only submit one copy to the customs sub-department where the procedures for export of the first lot are carried out. first;
 
 

e) Documents evidencing that the organization or individual satisfies the conditions for export of goods according to the provisions of investment law: one copy is submitted when carrying out the procedures for exporting the first lot of goods;

 
 

g) The entrustment contract: 01 copy, for cases of entrusted export of goods subject to export permits, specialized inspection certificates or vouchers evidencing the eligibility of organizations and individuals Export goods in accordance with the provisions of the investment law, the entrusted party shall use the permit or the certification of the trustee;

 
The documents prescribed at Points d, e and f of this Clause, if sent by the specialized inspection agency or the specialized State management agency, electronically through the national one-gate portal according to regulations. The national customs office is not required to submit the customs declaration.
