1. Cosmetic Announcement Procedure- Cosmetology Announcement Dossier

Pursuant to Article 4, Chapter II of the Health Ministry's Circular No. 06 on Cosmetics Publication dated November 25, 2011, there are 06 documents required to be included in the dossier for announcement of imported cosmetics:
Business registration

Publication of cosmetic products in the dossier of announcement of cosmetics shall be made according to form No. 01-MP of Circular No. 06 on the announcement of cosmetics. The notice must be signed by the representative at law, affixed with the seal of the organization or individual responsible for putting the product on the market. The way of inscribing the contents of the Notice on cosmetic products is guided in Appendix No. 02-MP of Circular 06 on the announcement of cosmetics. Each cosmetic product is published in one form.
The presentation language must be in Vietnamese, English or Vietnamese and English
Power of attorney
In the dossier of announcement of imported cosmetics: Power of attorney is issued by manufacturers or product owners authorizing organizations or individuals responsible for putting products on the market to distribute cosmetics in Vietnam. Male.
English name: Authorized letter (LOA)
Power of attorney must be signed and consularly legalized in accordance with the provisions of law, except for consular exemption under international treaties to which Vietnam is a contracting party.

Certificate of free circulation (CFS)

2. Procedures for announcing cosmetics - Look up the publication of cosmetics
Check status, profile history
+ Visit https://vnsw.gov.vn/ >> Fill in the registered account information to Login account
+ Click menu "Ministry of health" >> select "Cosmetic announcement" >> screen will appear interface management of all your records
Click on the icon in the "History" column to view the history of received records, paid fees, issued time limits
+ Click details to look up each profile of the published cosmetic
Download published
+ Visit https://vnsw.gov.vn/ >> Fill in the registered account information to Login account
+ Click menu "Ministry of health" >> select "Cosmetic announcement" >> screen will appear interface management of all your records
Click on the column "View publication" >> The screen will display details of the online form
Click on "Download" at the bottom of the brochure to download a copy of the cosmetic on the computer \
