In 2019, following the achieved results, at the same time, it was determined to be one of the practical and meaningful activities to concretize the guiding contents of the Party Committee and Leadership Bureau in carrying out 2 Assisting tasks. Compared to 2018, in terms of structure, the Tariff has not changed, because it is still implemented on the basis of Vietnam's List of Import and Export Goods under Circular 65/2017 / TT-BTC dated July 26, 2017, including 16 tariffs (Normal Import, Preferential Import, Special Consumption, Value Added, Export, Environmental Protection and 10 Special Preferential Import Tariffs), with bilingual and single names position and standards of commodities of ministries and branches specified by HS code. Regarding the content, the 2019 Tariff is updated:

1. Preferential import tariff according to Decree 125/2017 / ND-CP, in which the preferential import tax rate of some automobile items of Group 87.03 is updated from 01/01/2019 to go.

2. Update 08 special preferential import tariffs: ACFTA, ATIGA, AKFTA, AANZFTA, AIFTA, VKFTA, VCFTA, EAV. Only the AJCEP and VJEPA tariffs have been changed until April 1, 2019.

3. Update the Environmental Protection Tariff (13/17 items with changes in absolute tariffs per unit of goods).

4. Update commodity policies according to 18 categories of goods subject to specialized management of the Ministry of Health, Industry and Trade, Transport and Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.

There is a point to note that you have separate VAT file, because it is still linked according to HS code in Circular 83/2014 / TT-BTC on August 10, 2014, this Circular is still valid, not yet available. alternative documents, however, the HS code has not been adjusted according to the List of exported and imported goods under Circular 65/2017 / TT-BTC.
