1. Permit for import of medical equipment - Service for licensing import of the Ministry of Health

1. Legal conditions - Service for licensing import of Ministry of Health

Having a business registration certificate or investment certificate in which the scope of business is registered for trading and importing medical equipment.

2. Conditions on personnel - Service for licensing import of the Ministry of Health

a) Officials in charge of technical matters must meet one of the following requirements:

Having a university degree in biomedical and biomedical physics or having a university degree in engineering, a medical or pharmaceutical university degree and having a certificate of specialized medical equipment training from establishments Legal training in technical equipment of medical equipment or equivalent certificates issued by foreign countries in the field of training in accordance with medical equipment that the unit requests to import.

For those who have a university degree in engineering, a medical or pharmaceutical degree and who have worked directly on medical equipment techniques or who are managing medical equipment at the establishments The legal health department for 3 years or more is certified by the head of the unit where the work is located and does not need to have a medical training certificate.

b) Having qualified technicians and staff to guide the installation, warranty and maintenance of medical equipment related to equipment imported by the units.

3. Conditions of facilities - Service for licensing import of Ministry of Health

a) Having facilities and warehouses to well preserve medical equipment, ensuring that medical equipment is stored in suitable conditions, protected from the influence of factors: light , temperature, humidity and other conditions.

b) Having fire and explosion prevention and fighting means and ensuring environmental hygiene and safety according to law provisions.

4. Imported medical equipment labels - Services for granting permission to import the Ministry of Health
