What is the contract?
A contract is a commitment between two or more parties to do or not do something within the law. A contract is usually associated with a project in which one party agrees with other parties to implement the project or part of the project. And like a project, there are social-political projects and business projects, contracts can be economic agreements (economic contracts) or social contracts.
What is a foreign trade contract?
A foreign contract understands simply a contract from an agreement between parties having business offices in different countries, one of which is called an export, is obliged to transfer ownership of the goods through the other. The importing party is obliged to receive and pay for the goods and related expenses as agreed upon.
What is the structure of the foreign trade contract?
ASC Logistics has compiled a number of different types of contracts. But in general, in a written contract, the necessary content is expressed as:

+ The message expressly agrees on the agreement.
+ Content and scope of work / goods to be purchased.
+ Price, quantity and quality of goods.
+ Packing specification.
+ The time and method of delivery, payment of goods.
+ Dispute Resolution, Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution.
+ Confidentiality between parties.
+ General terms and duration of the contract.
Characteristics and conditions of foreign trade contracts:
+ The subject of the contract is that the buyer and seller must have legal status and have business offices in different countries.
+ Goods must be allowed to trade in accordance with the law and be removed from the national border.
+ The currency of payment may be foreign currency with one or both parties.
+ The form of the contract must be written.
